How do I find and track my order status?

Once we process your order and ship out your order, we will send an order confirmation email to you with your common carrier shipment or order tracking number. Your order status and tracking information can also be found on your Order Invoice in My Account. If you checked out as a guest, go to Order Lookup to view order status and tracking information.

Enter the tracking number provided in the order confirmation email in the common carrier website (links provided below). You can also obtain delivery status by calling the common carrier (numbers displayed below). Items may arrive earlier than indicated.  If the shipment has not arrived after the indicated delivery date, please contact the common carrier with your shipment tracking number to obtain delivery status on your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs is usually determined based on the dollar amount of total purchase order.  Please refer to our shipping rate table to determine the amount for your order.  Please note that additional charges and fees may apply for oversized products, orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, and International shipments.

Will you charge sales tax to my order?

Funny Fur shall automatically charge and withhold applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Texas, including state and local sales taxes.  Internationally customers are responsible for all applicable export taxes, custom fees, and other fees related to their order.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Funny Fur accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We also accept Paypal and Google Checkout.  All prices on this website are in USD currency.

How do I place an online order?

 

We try to provide our customers with an easy and fun shopping experience.  Shop and surf our site for products and simply click “Add to Cart” for products you wish to buy.  All the items you add to your cart will be available for you to review at any time just by clicking the Shopping Bag link on the top right corner of your screen.  Once you are done shopping, just click the Check Out button.  Your billing, shipping, and credit card payment information will be entered into our secured website.  Your credit card information will be processed automatically by our website and online Merchant in a SSL Secured environment.

How do I search and find what I am looking for?

 

Simply input the product or search keyword into the Search box on the top right hand corner of our website.  We have tried our best to update our Search keywords so that your search is narrowed to help you save time.  If you are looking for a specific brand, you can also search by brand with our easy to use Search by Brand dropdown menu located at the top grey navigation bar.  If you need additional assistance, please feel free to contact us for help.

Does Funny Fur ship to an international address or ship internationally?

Funny Fur currently serves customers and ships to Canada, Japan, Great Britain, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Europe (Italy, Germany, France, Switzerland), and other international destinations.  If your destination is not listed above, please send us an email at customerservice@funnyfur.com and our Customer Service will help you determine whether we can deliver to your international location and estimated shipping cost. To keep shipping cost low for our international customers, we suggest making a list of several items and making one purchase versus making several small purchases.  There are additional charges and fees associated with international orders.  We try our best to charge the lowest possible shipping cost to our international customers for standard orders which do not include large, bulky items such as dog furniture. We will notify you of the additional shipping charge prior to shipping your order.  Please refer to our  shipping policy for additional information.

Additional Custom Fees, Import Taxes, and other fees may also be charged by Canadian government.  You will be billed by our international common carrier, DHL, for such fees.  Please do not hesitate to contact us for an estimate of these fees prior to placing an order.

Do you offer Gift Certificates/Gift Cards?

 

We do offer virtual Gift Certificates at no additional charge and they never expire.  Simply click on the Gift Certificate link on the left hand tool bar for additional information.

How do I use my Gift Certificate/Gift Cards?

 

Virtual Gift Cards are used same as credit cards during check out.  Use the Gift Certificate/Gift Card as your method of payment.  You will need to have your virtual Gift Card PIN number.  Please make sure to keep your PIN access number in a safe place as we are not responsible for any loss incurred from someone else using your virtual Gift Card.

Do you accept currencies other than USD?

 

All of our prices are in USD currency.  Regardless of your local currency, your credit card company will be charged for the total purchase in USD.  Credit Card companies usually use their exchange rates and may also charge you an exchange fee.  We suggest inquiring with your Credit Card Company prior to making your purchase if the USD is not your local currency.

How do I find out about any product recalls?

 

We try our best to stay current on industry press releases as well as maintaining a great relationship with our suppliers/manufacturers such that if there is a recall on any products we offer to our customers, we will post recall information on our website right away and notify any customers affected of the recall.  Please see our Press & Events for recent press releases and product recalls, if any.
