RULES

One contestant entry per photo submission. If photo has multiple dogs, only one pet should be focused as the contestant.
Professional photos are allowed as long as they are Halloween themed.
Photo submission should have minimum width of 300px.
Deadline to receive photo is October 29th 6am PST.
