This is Penny-Lane's first necklace and I love it on her. She doesn't wear a collar and only wears a harness when I walk her, so I thought a necklace would be a great addition to her wardrobe! ;) It looks like someone's talented aunt or grandmother made it, and I love the vintage aesthetic of this piece. The reason I didn't give it 5 paws is because the center jewel is a little tilted. Wish it has been placed perfectly centered.
