bloomers are perfect for that time of the month, doggies still in
"training" or anytime you want to add a little fun to your wardrobe.
Just place a mini pad in the crotch area and worry no more. Also
features elastic around the legs and Velcro front closure for ease and
adjustability. Machine washable.
