The result is a "special" shipping rate of $5.00. Their measurements and mine don't agree. I don't have any issue with any of the people I've communicated with nor do I have an issue with the product. Just beware. Caveate Emptor.

Beware when ordering! I ordered an XXS for my Dachsund mix whose girth is 12" and neck is 11". I ordered according to the chart on the wesite. I received the harness and it wouldn't even fit over her head! According to the tag on the product, an XXS will fit a dog 2-5 lbs. Now I'm trying to get the replacement and they want me to pay the shipping! I ordered according to the chart the company provided. We're having discussions now on who should be responsible for the S & H.
The product is really nice, I'm wondering about the Customer Service and how they will stand behind THEIR mistake. I'll pay if I have to but...
