NOTE: The lengths listed are the approximate location of the holes on the strap. These collars can be adjusted to smaller lengths simply by adding more holes. You can lengthen them as well, up to 1 additional inch - the last hole is approx. 1 to 1 1/2 inches from the end of the strap.
